Best beach resort in South Goa on Betalbatim beach!

... read more /> We really enjoyed the variety of birds in the hotel and surrounding area. Pool is never crowded.The Beach is only a short walking distance with the most glorious sunset.

  Great service and experience  - Stayed here for a few weeks while visiting my wife's family and taking care of some business. The place exceeded our expectations especially with the five star resort service and... read more accessibility to amenities and beach. Breakfast buffet every morning was key (shout outs to Ashok, Vikram, Vishang and Pulak for the personalized service). Kids activities was key; especially the pizza making and cookies decorating (thanks Maya)!
The private walkway to the beach was great and the security was on it making it so that we could let our kids play with the other kids they met here without any concerns.
The only beef I have is not being able to use our own taxi service so hopefully that's changed next time we come back.

Generally april is a varm month in India/Goa but if you are here to relax it is a great place. There is a breze by the beach.

The rooms are clean and has everyrhing you need. Comfortable beed and big bathrooms

We Visited the spa twice and Can recommend this.

Two restaurants (one beach front) and two bars. Fabulous beach and warm sea. Good beach 'shack' restaurants very close to the hotel - much cheaper to eat and drink here compared to the hotel!
Disliked · Food and drink is relatively expensive although how it compares to similar standard hotels I'm not sure. Certainly the 'market price' charged for fish at the beachfront restaurant was high - similar prices to the UK after all the taxes. Be aware that taxes in India (including Goa) are around 30% (including a 10% service charge at this hotel) and even higher on alcoholic drinks - around 50% total! Just be aware that the prices you read on food and drink menus are far lower than the cost you will actually pay, as they never include tax.

We came here with family and had some cocktails during the mango promotion week, we tried some mango flavoured drinks and they were great.

Our server Neil was good. This place has a very relaxed vibe and it is recommended to visit here.
