Tentação ('Temptation' in Portuguese), our all-day dining restaurant and bar, offers a delectable choice of seafood, snacks, Goan and Indian food as well as international cuisine.

The live grill counter and tandoor (Indian clay oven) is open every evening serving fresh catch of seafood and meats, vegetables and Indian breads. The bar is well stocked with a vast range of popular and home-concocted cocktails and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is located next to the swimming pool. It is partly covered with an al fresco dining facility as well. Guests can enjoy food and drinks by the poolside while they relax and sunbathe on the pool deck.

The ingredients used in most of the dishes on our menu, including the fruits, vegetables and herbs, are grown using organic processes in Beleza's own gardens, giving a very homely taste to our food. We also organise a guided a tour of the gardens for our guests.

Meenu Dugal has trained our chefs to create each dish on the menu with perfection in order to make your gastronomic experience at Tentação truly exquisite. In the past 20 years of her career, she has successfully opened and run the restaurant Spice in New Delhi that was rated among the top 50 restaurants by the international travel magazine Conde Nast Traveller. She has also been associated with caterings for corporate organisations and has been a F&B consultant for several hotels and restaurants including the Neemrana Fort and Hotels all over India, The F-Bar Restaurant and Lounge in Delhi and the Heritage Hotel in Goa.

Chef Judith E. Fernandes e Mascarenhashas passionately and delightfully shared her culinary expertise with us with her wonderfully tasting, authentic Goan dishes. She has been the head Goan chef at the Ramada Caravela Resort, Goa, and is now a guest chef at The Leela Kempinski Kovalam Beach, Kerala, the Leela Kempinski Mumbai and Mum’s Kitchen restaurant in Goa. She also runs a catering service – Akai – in Goa.
